About Me
- Name: Lisa Hilburn
My name is Lisa Hilburn. I have been interested in fantasy since I was little. I started out drawing animals and grew into loving fantasy creatures such as dragons and gryphons. My love for fantasy only grew when I was introduced to video games and Japanese anime and manga. I draw my inspiration from mythology and Japanese folklore and the Japanese culture as well as from animals and nature. I love watching the movement of animals and try to reproduce it in my animations. I have previously used adobe flash to do some simple animations such as run cycles for dogs, horses and dragons as well as to make a simple flash game. I was recently introduced into 3d modeling and have begun working to build and rig playable creatures that can be used in video games or animations. I love drawing creatures in my free time and then model them using the 3d program, Blender. From there I rig the model and create animations from it. My goal is to create 3d fantasy creatures that look like they could exist in the real world outside of the computer.
